Me in 3

Well here we are again. Another blog post about me and my school life. Well anyway today is something different. In humanities we were asked what is 3 objects that describe or is meaningful to you. Well for me it was the trophies I got for winning tournaments and such, a baseball glove and last but not least my clone trooper action figure from Star Wars. Each of these object has a story behind it. Well let’s start with my trophy.

I know that I talk about my medals and trophies little too much in class but its only because its so meaningful to me. Every medal and trophies has its story and how it got to my hands. On this blog post I want to talk to you about my first ever trophy. It was way back in 3rd grade. I was in a baseball team called All Stars KL and at the end of the year we all got an award. Well I know it’s not that special for you to get a medal if everybody gets it but to me it was the best thing that could happen. That trophy is a memory of my friends that introduced me to the baseball team and the same year I joined they left Malaysia. They were one of the only ones who were nice to me. At school in 3rd grade was a bit tough for me. I wasn’t exactly the best English speaker there and most of the kids made fun of me and picked on me but one of the kids in my class, Parker Rhea, helped me out and told me to join baseball. There I meat some 5th graders and 2 of them became my big buddies. I started getting use to everything around here but at the end of the year they had to move. When we got our baseball trophies it was at the school auditorium and me, my big buddy and some other kids got our trophies on the stage. It felt great standing there. On the last day of school he told me that we will always be friends. I still remember him even now and the trophy is put on display tall and proud in my room. I guess that was what made this trophy so special.

Then there is my baseball glove. This object is like a follow up to my last object. I’ve had this glove since 1st grade. It started as just a catch ball glove between me and my dad than from 3rd grade onwards it was used for different possession in a baseball team. With this glove I played with all my friends and my rivals. It went through think and thin with me. One time in 3rd grade with my glove I saved my teams lives in a game. On the last inning there was a liner to the middle of 2nd and 3rd. It got past 2nd and was about to beat me to when I dived for the ball and caught it. Everybody was cheering and congratulating me for the catch of the day. Well that shows how much this glove means to me I hope.

Now on to my action figure. I know your thinking that I’m too old for those stuff and it’s getting lame but actually it’s really fun playing with the action figure. Well one of the reasons why the action figure is so important to me is, that it represents my all time favorite movie and series, Star Wars. If you come to room and look around you will see a decent amount of Star Wars action figures and their vehicles. I was introduced to Star Wars by my mom and my uncles. First I saw the 6th movie than went down the movies. When I finished watching all the series I realized that this was the most interesting movies I’ve ever seen in my life. After I watched the movies about a million times I started reading the sequels and the prequels of the Star Wars Saga. In the movies I saw my favorite was Star Wars II: Attack of the Clones. I liked it because of all the action in it. One more factor that made that movie my favorite one was that it introduced the characters who were brave and bold soldiers, clone troops. Well I bet your thinking why I like soldiers and war movies so much. The reason why I like wars is because I like strategy games. It’s said that good chess players are good war leaders. Oh yes I forgot to mention to you that I LOVE chess. Well I must say that I am pretty good at it. Well that’s the general reason why the clone troop action figure is so meaningful to me.


What was my 3 most important object? Oh yes it was my trophy because of the memory that is stored with it. Than my awesome baseball glove that has a similar reason why it is important and last but not least my Star Wars clone trooper action figure because it represnts my love for Star Wars. Well I guess that was the 3 objects that describes me. Before I sign off one more thing I want to ask. What 3 objects describe you?
